Christmas of solidarity in Toulouse
This year, the Toulouse Christmas Market is committed to hosting an eco-friendly and socially responsible event thanks to a system of reusable, returnable cups. With every beverage purchase, you’ll receive a sustainable cup for a €1 deposit.
How does the cup deposit system work?
-
Return the cup to one of the exhibitors selling drinks to get your deposit back. -
Place the cup in one of our recycling stations to donate €1 to a partner organization.
This simple gesture helps reduce waste, support nonprofit organizations, and contribute to a wonderful cause. By choosing this option, you’re helping to protect the environment while supporting important causes.
Together, let’s make this year’s Christmas market a responsible, community-minded, and festive event.
Beneficiary organizations and distribution of donations
Once the organizations have been selected, the organization distributes the funds raised through this initiative equally. It divides the total amount in half and then distributes it equally among all the selected organizations. This initiative supports a variety of causes of all sizes, while engaging visitors in a responsible and compassionate effort.
